We can carry out site visits to ensure that all work on site complies with the Building Regulations and in addition can ensure quality of work on site, satisfactory progress and compliance with associated legislation.
We can manage your construction project and oversee both the procurement and execution of the project on site.
Planning and Building Control Submissions
An integral part of our service is to submit both the Planning and Building Regulation application for determination by the Local Authority. Planning appeals can also be produced and submitted to the Department of Communities and Local Government for determination.
We can provide estimates for the production of Design and Access Statements to accompany the Planning application submission if required. We can also provide disability access statements to demonstrate compliance with Approved document M 2004 of the Building Regulations if required by relevant Building Control organisation.
We can provide quotations for transferring any designs in hard copy format into a current digital format.
